Antioch University’s programs are designed to provide a progressive education to prepare students for the complexities of today’s diverse societies. To that end, we conduct an individualized, holistic review of applications for admission. The review process is designed to help us learn about your strengths and have an opportunity to show you ours.
Antioch University particularly seeks qualified candidates who will contribute to building a student population diverse in gender, ethnicity, age, class, physical abilities, learning styles, sexual orientation, professional backgrounds, and community experiences.
Our Admissions Team and faculty will be there to assist with the application process, and all prospective students will work with an assigned Admissions Counselor that will be there every step of the way until you complete your admissions file. Our goal is to make the application process as student-friendly as possible.
The Application Process
Step 1- Talk to an admissions counselor.

Step 2- Submit your application.
- If you need more information, you can find your program and submit your application through the main program page.
- If you are ready to begin, go here to start your application.
Step 3- Complete your admission file.
You can speak with your admissions counselor or review your desired program to find out what you need to submit. Each program has specific requirements, but in general, you will need
- Official transcripts from all schools attended
- An Essay
- Letter(s) of recommendation
Step 4- File Review/ Faculty Interview
Step 5- Admissions Decision
Step 6- Begin!
After the admissions decision, you can talk to your admission counselor to determine the next steps. These may include:
- Confirming your seat and submitting your intent to enroll once you are accepted
- Completing Financial Aid
- RSVPing for orientation

Our Programs
Undergraduate Programs
All applicants to the Bachelor’s program must have completed at least 36 quarter or 24-semester units to be eligible for admission. Find our undergraduate programs here.
