This Workshop in two sessions is focused on the Democracy Deficit Disorder as conceived of by Adam F.C. Fletcher and J. Cynthia McDermott. After two sessions, participants will be able to implement thoughtful, practical outcomes for conversation in their own communities. People who support engagement in democracy are invited to participate.

The first 20 registrations will be eligible to receive a complimentary copy of the book. Details will be provided in your registration/booking confirmation email.

Each session features interactive elements to engage different learning styles, and is based in practical learning from experience and research. Each session features thoughtful, deep assessments that invite participants to dig deeper and commit to implementing new or renewed strategies in their own settings. This workshop consists of two online workshops with Adam F.C. Fletcher, director of the Freechild Institute for Youth Engagement.
