We offer a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree with several concentration options in addition to our new BA degrees in Psychology and Management. Antioch classes are interactive, engaging, and taught by faculty members who are invested in their students and fields of study.
Mindfulness for Educators: Beyond “Self-care” — In this talk, we will look at what we’re learning from the mindfulness movement in education. Specifically, we’ll explore the benefits of mindfulness for educators. The results go beyond self-care to supporting reflective teaching practice and fostering both adult growth and a positive adult learning community that benefits students and teachers alike.
