Dr. Thompson-Randle is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults in the Los Angeles area. Her experience focused on providing therapy to a diverse population in a community-based outpatient clinic and in private practice.

In her previous capacity at Children’s Institute Inc, she served as Vice President of Programs and VP of Leadership, selecting full-time psychology interns and hiring MFT, MSW therapists, and Psychologists. She also provided oversight to all of CII’s internship programs—MFT, MSW & Psychology, supervising staff therapists, MSW & MFT Associates & Psychology Interns. Overseeing clinical work & mentoring budding therapists is her passion.

She has been an Adjunct Professor at Antioch University of Los Angeles since 2012.
