Kirsten Frey is a senior Human Resources strategist with 20 years of experience in Fortune 500 retail, manufacturing and government sectors. Currently acting as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Walmart, Kirsten oversees the HR strategy for 176 locations and 57,000 employees across the Northeast.

Investing in the community is important to Kirsten and in addition to Chairing the Boards for multiple local non-profit organizations, she is also an army veteran and acts as the Vice Chair for Walmart’s military-focused Employee Resource Group, SERVES.

In her free time, Kirsten is an avid reader and loves hiking and traveling with her daughter.
