I have been an LMHC in WA since 2018 and have been licensed as a counselor since 2006. I earned my MA in Community Counseling from Western Michigan University and my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Walden University. Additionally, I am a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Board Certified Telemental Health Provider, and clinical supervisor in WA.

I specialize in trauma work and 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, particularly trans-identified individuals and people in polyamorous relationships. As a sex-positive therapist, I don’t shy away from discussing all aspects of someone’s life. I have nearly 20 years of experience in providing therapy services to domestic violence offenders, people living with HIV, and men in therapy. Additionally, I have trained in several therapeutic areas, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and parts work in Internal Family Systems therapy.
