Rachel Fusco is an educator and mental health professional dedicated to transforming the way we prepare young people for adulthood. She has spent the past twenty years supporting children directly as well as teachers and parents in public schools, private schools, and community settings. Rachel holds a CA PPS Credential in School Counseling, a CA marriage and family therapist license, a CA professional clinical counseling license, and a CT professional counselor license. Rachel specializes in career counseling and community psychology, applying principles of prevention and promotion to academic transitions. Rachel is in private practice, supporting high-achieving adolescents and young adults who struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, and a loud inner critic. She works virtually with clients in CA and in person from her office in Connecticut. Rachel also provides training and workshops for parents and schools on utilizing career development to foster resilience, protective factors, and social-emotional learning.
