Dr. Rebecca Scherer has been a counselor educator for both on-campus and remote CACREP-accredited programs for over a decade and thoroughly enjoys teaching. Her research interests include distance learning in counselor education. Dr. Scherer is a Licensed Professional Counselor (NV), National Certified Counselor, and Approved Clinical Supervisor. Her clinical specialties include perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, as well as animal-assisted therapy.
