Facilitating the training and development of future counselors is a process I am honored to participate in. I strive to support students’ personal and professional development in a way that balances individual variation and harnesses the group experiences available in the classroom. My aim is to create safe learning environments where students can explore and develop their own clinical style that blends one’s personality and personal experience with evidence-based practices and foundational theories.
