Dr. Teresa Deveaux has been involved with Antioch University since 2014, when her Master’s capstone project was conducted in partnership with Antioch Seattle. Her professional experience spans 25 years, including 19 years at Microsoft Corporation in Executive Leadership roles and, most recently, serving as Vice-President of Learning & Development at Enjoy Technology.
Teresa’s purpose is to enable individuals, teams, and organizations to unleash their greatest potential. Engaging with adult learners through Antioch’s graduate curriculum is a welcome opportunity for Dr. Deveaux to enable students and support their career advancement. Her passion for Organizational Leadership and Organizational Culture led to her dissertation “Exploring the Relationship between Leadership Outcomes and Organizational Culture in American IT Companies” and the completion of her Doctoral degree in 2019. Teresa’s expertise in learning and development, change management, talent development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion have been the cornerstone of her career success, and she is excited to share her experience with Antioch students.
Teresa holds a Master of Education from Medaille College in Buffalo, NY, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and Organizational Development (Saybrook University), as well as a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Organizational Development (Grand Canyon University).
