Job Description
- 10 hours: Assist the Office of Admissions with assembling information packets, and preparing admissions materials and mailings.
- Assist at the welcome desk.
- Data entry of new prospects and applications
- Scan hard copy files to electronic images
- Process admission materials.
- Answer Admissions general phone line and emails
- Provide campus tours for prospective students
- 5 hours: Assist with inventory management of admissions collateral materials.
- 2-4 hours: Assist with events.
- 2 hours: Perform other duties as assigned
- 1 hours: Serve as a student panelist at admissions events.
Qualifications
- Computer skills such as Word, Excel and Web browsers.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
