Method to assess remote work: Ambassadors have a task and priority document which outlines their daily, weekly and quarterly tasks and special projects. We meet regularly, and use reports to audit outcomes.

Job Description

  • 10 hours: Assist the Office of Admissions with assembling information packets, and preparing admissions materials and mailings.
  • Assist at the welcome desk.
  • Data entry of new prospects and applications
  • Scan hard copy files to electronic images
  • Process admission materials.
  • Answer Admissions general phone line and emails
  • Provide campus tours for prospective students
  • 5 hours: Assist with inventory management of admissions collateral materials.
  • 2-4 hours: Assist with events.
  • 2 hours: Perform other duties as assigned
  • 1 hours: Serve as a student panelist at admissions events.

Qualifications

  • Computer skills such as Word, Excel and Web browsers.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
