Job Description

  • 15 hours Assist the Office of Admissions with assembling information packets, and preparing admissions materials and mailings.
  • Assist at the welcome desk.
  • Assist with inventory management of admissions collateral materials.
  • Data entry of new prospects and applications.
  • Process admission materials.
  • Answer Admissions general phone line and emails.
  • 2-4 hours Assist with events.
  • 1-2 hours Provide campus tours for prospective students
  • 2 hours Serve as a student panelist at admissions events.
  • 2 hours Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Computer skills such as Word, Excel and Web browsers.
