Job Description
- 15 hours Assist the Office of Admissions with assembling information packets, and preparing admissions materials and mailings.
- Assist at the welcome desk.
- Assist with inventory management of admissions collateral materials.
- Data entry of new prospects and applications.
- Process admission materials.
- Answer Admissions general phone line and emails.
- 2-4 hours Assist with events.
- 1-2 hours Provide campus tours for prospective students
- 2 hours Serve as a student panelist at admissions events.
- 2 hours Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Computer skills such as Word, Excel and Web browsers.
