Method to assess remote work: I plan to assess the work through weekly check-ins to ensure clarity, address any questions, and provide guidance as needed. Each week, we’ll review the task list together to confirm that everything is accurate and aligned with project goals. I’ll also use weekly Zoom meetings to evaluate progress, discuss any challenges, and ensure all deliverables meet our quality standards. The main outcomes I’m looking for are timely completion of tasks, accuracy in execution, and the development of skills that will support the work study’s professional growth

Job Description

  • Providing administrative support to the Director of Clinical Training for the CFT Program.
  • Entering data from CFT Program surveys conducted throughout the year.
  • Monitoring and tracking data entry, and reporting progress to the supervisor.
  • Reviewing data entries for accuracy, identifying errors, and making necessary corrections.
  • Organizing and maintaining data, survey forms, and project timelines.
  • Assisting in the creation and upkeep of a data entry manual to ensure consistent and accurate data management.
  • Supporting other program needs such as social media postings to highlight program events and distributing information to the community.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing skills and effective communication in both online and face-to-face settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets and Google Forms.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
  • Preferred:
    Experience with data entry or as an office clerk.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Survey Monkey or Qualtrics.
  • Social media skills and experience.
