Job Description
- The student in this position will work as part of a team developing content for the ES
Department’s accounts within a suite of social media platforms.Duties will include:
- Working as part of the team developing the ES Dept. Social Media Calendar,
scheduling posts based on provided leads/dept. events, and recommending new
topics. - Working independently to glean information, conduct interviews, write content,
design posts and edit info to be published - Working with the team to review analytics regarding the performance of posts,
monitoring target audience engagement, and reviewing actual visitor
demographics.
Qualifications
- Student has familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,
LinkedIn) - Good writing skills; ability to write, edit and proofread written pieces before
publication - Graphic design skills (ability to utilize platforms such as Canva) to create posts
- Willingness to work as part of a team to cultivate content through a variety of
sources and follow up on leads
