Number of Positions: 2 – One for MAP Traditional on campus/ one for MAP low residency
Hours per Week: 30 hours/wk = 15 hours/2 students
Weekends Required: Yes

Alternate Supervisor: Jessie Butera

Percentage of time that could be remote (0-100%): 80%, administrative tasks supporting staff with filing and organizing work as assigned

Method to assess remote work: Through completion on tasks on a task by tasks basis

Job Description

  • Specific responsibilities shall include 1) creating and maintaining electronic files, databases, and cloud-based repositories (8 hours),
  • 2) providing administrative support to program staff, students, and faculty, including drafting and responding to emails (8 hours),
  • 3) coordinating events such as speaker series, information sessions, and community building events, etc (2 hours);
  • 4) other related duties as assigned (2 hours).

Qualifications

  • Successful candidates must have sufficient computing equipment and internet service at home and be proficient with the Zoom videoconferencing platform, G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Sites etc.).
  • Candidates should have at least six months left studying at Antioch.
